WARRANTY
Xing he Da Company provides limited warranty as a standard function of all product lines. If any product fails within the limited warranty period of the original product due to material or process defects, Xing he Da will choose to repair/replace the product or return the purchase price. To obtain this limited warranty, please contact Xing he Da for the return authorization number and return the product to Xing he Da Warehouse. 
 
New Equipment: All new equipment will be subject to limited warranty from 3 months to 6 months from the supplier. The new equipment is defined as the original product of the original supplier and has never been used before. During our inventory and internal testing, some scratches or copper rust may appear on some modules, which may be due to handling, insertion/removal of chassis. Normally, scratches and rusts are very slight. If this happens, a picture will be sent to you first for your confirmation, and then delivered to you. 
 
Used Equipment: For all used equipment, our skilled technicians and rigorous quality assurance tests ensure that all equipment operates for the purpose recommended by the manufacturer. If your purchase is unlikely to be a problem, we have provided a 90-day warranty guarantee.
 
Warranty Coverage: The Warranty is activated the date the item is delivered to you. The warranty covers the following: 
Defective parts 
Equipment malfunction 
 
If you experience an issue with a defective part or the equipment’s operation during the warranty period, we will arrange for your equipment to be repaired or replaced (if a comparable item is available). If we do not have a comparable replacement, we will refund you for the cost of the purchase and arrange for return shipping. 
This warranty does not apply to any failure of the Equipment as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling, lack of proper maintenance, environmental factors, improper installation or configuration, flood, fire or other natural disasters, physical damage, electrical issues such as lightning, power surges or incorrect electrical voltages, or improper modifications. 
 
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the Equipment (“Buyer”). 
 
RMA Procedure 
 
Please contact admin@chinaxingheda.com  to get a RMA authorization number first. We reserve the right to reject returns without an authorization number. 
 
1) Put the original packing slip in the package or make your own, including: 
RMA number 
Name 
Address 
Email address 
Telephone number 
Order number 
Model and serial number of equipment 
Reason for return or exchange 
Write what you need if you want to exchange 
 
2) Pack your return securely in the original packaging or your own packaging. 
 
3) Ship the equipment back to our designated RMA return address. 
 
4) Once we have received and processed your return or exchange we will send an email to notify you. 
Unauthorized Return 
 
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any return without the RMA number. The package will be returned at the sender’s expense.
